New Fungicide Registered.

Acrobat 50WP (dimethomorph), manufactured by BASF, was registered for the use on vegetables. Acrobat 50WP is a protectant fungicide and can be used to control downy mildew of bulb vegetables (garlic, leak, onion, shallot), downy mildew and Phytophthora blight of cucurbits (cantaloupe, chayote, Chinese wax-gourd, citron melon, cucumber, gherkin, gourd, muskmelon, pumpkin, squash, watermelon), downy mildew of hops, downy mildew of lettuce, and late blight of potato and tomato.
